How do I determine the required power supply for my booth?

Simply add up the power consumption of all electrical devices you will be using. This includes exhibits, coolers, laptops, LCD TVs, etc. Don't forget to include the power consumption of lighting. You can find out the power consumption of lighting from your booth builder or from the technical manager of "MVK" company if you ordered the booth construction from the exhibition organiser.

Does your company develop graphics for booth design?

No. You need to prepare graphic designs yourself or hire an external designer. The layouts must be prepared in accordance with the requirements, which you need to clarify with your technical manager.

How do I organise catering at my booth?

You can contact the official catering partners of "Crocus Expo" or hire an external catering company (be sure to coordinate it with the organiser no later than 2 weeks before the exhibition).

Can I place my own audio, video, and projection equipment at the booth?

Yes, provided you coordinate it with the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company. Detailed information about the coordination procedure is provided in the exhibitor's manual, in the information letter, and on the "BuildExpo" website.

Can I place my own information materials at the booth: posters and pop-up stands?

You can place posters and banners, hanging them on the walls with hooks, binder clips, and similar fasteners that do not damage the structural elements of the booth and do not contain an adhesive base. Self-adhesive application on panels, furniture, and booth equipment is prohibited. Mobile stands must be agreed upon with the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company.

Can I bring my own furniture and household appliances?

You can bring exhibits, household appliances (cooler, coffee maker), as well as exclusive furniture. Prefabricated furniture, illuminated showcases, mobile stands, and other items are prohibited from being brought in without the agreement of the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company.

Can I use extension cords?

No. The use of extension cords is prohibited.

We ordered an unequipped space. Can your company build a booth according to an individual design?

Yes. You can order exclusive construction from us with a design developed individually for your company. You can also choose one of the seven individual construction styles from the "7 Peaks" catalogue.

How do I determine which type of "7 Peaks" booth is right for us?

We recommend focusing on your tasks. For example, if you need to place as much information as possible about the company's products and activities on large banners using large graphics, we recommend choosing Vinson, Townsend, or Kibo. If you plan to display product samples and need showcases that are already included in the standard package, Denali and Jaya are suitable in this case. And if you need an impressive but concise booth in the company's colors, you can consider the Rimo and Jaya types with glass and PVC panels.

When and where will the PCVExpo exhibition be held?

21–23 October 2025, Moscow, Crocus Expo, Pavilion 1, Hall 3

What is the address of the exhibition center?

Moscow Region, Krasnogorsk District, Krasnogorsk, Mezhdunarodnaya str., 16-20

What are the exhibition opening hours for visitors?

October 21 and 22, the exhibition is open from 10:00 to 18:00. October 23 – from 10:00 to 16:00.

Where can I buy a ticket for the exhibition and how much does it cost?

You can purchase an electronic ticket on the exhibition website via the link or buy an entrance ticket at the box office on the territory of the exhibition complex.

The ticket price is:

• At the Crocus Expo box office – 1000 rubles

• On the exhibition website – 600 rubles

• On the exhibition website using a promotional code – free

If you have previously visited the exhibition for business purposes, a promotional code for free receipt of an electronic ticket will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.

Can I visit all three days of the exhibition with one ticket?

Yes, the ticket allows entry for all days of the exhibition.

What should I do if I lost my badge / forgot it on the second / third day?

You can contact the visitor registration desk in the lobby of Pavilion 1 for re-issuance of the badge or use the barcode of your electronic ticket to enter the exhibition.

How to get to the exhibition complex by public transport?

The most convenient route is to get to the "Myakinino" metro station and exit the metro through the exits directed to the pavilions of the exhibition center.

Another option is to go to the "Tushinskaya" metro station and then transfer to buses No. 631, 640 or shuttle taxis No. 450, 631 to the "Isakovskogo Street" stop.

How long does it take to get to the exhibition complex from the center of Moscow?

About 45 minutes by metro.

Which hotel would you recommend booking near the exhibition

The "Aquarium" hotel, closest to the exhibition, is located in Pavilion 3 of the Crocus Expo IEC. You can use the services of the official tour operator of the exhibition and familiarize yourself with their offer for booking hotels conveniently located relative to Crocus Expo.

Is there an electronic / interactive exhibition plan

The electronic version of the guide and an interactive plan will be posted on the exhibition website 3 weeks before the opening.

Is there a way to electronically collect information about the exhibitors?

For the convenience of visitors, the free LeadFrog application for visitors is available at the exhibition - a service for quickly exchanging contacts and collecting information about the exhibitors' products.

No need to collect business cards and manually enter contacts into the phone, no need to carry heavy printed catalogs, all information is systematized and available within 14 days after the exhibition in your personal account.

Where can I eat at Crocus Expo

A food court with a varied menu will be open on the 2nd floor of the Crocus Expo IEC.

The nearest restaurants are located in the Vegas Shopping Center and the Crocus City Mall Shopping Center.

Are animals allowed at the exhibition

No, animals are not allowed on the territory of the exhibition.

Can I bring a box / bag / suitcase to the exhibition

It is forbidden to carry boxes through the entrances to the pavilions of the Crocus Expo IEC! Visitors may carry small hand luggage (weight - no more than 20 kg, size - no more than 60x60x60 cm, or the sum of measurements - no more than 180 cm), available for inspection by Crocus Expo employees. Hand luggage includes: handbags, shopping bags, suitcases, backpacks, folders for papers, outerwear, umbrellas and canes, wheelchairs for the disabled.

Where can I find the programme of events of the exhibition?

The detailed schedule of the programme of events and the list of speakers will be published on the website closer to the date of the exhibition in the section «Business Programme».

We have booked raw space. Can your company build a stand based on a custom design?

Yes. You can order an exclusive stand from us, with a design developed specifically for your company. Alternatively, you can choose one of seven custom stand styles from the “7 Peaks” catalogue.

How do we organise the unloading and delivery of equipment and exhibits to our stand?

You may unload equipment manually or using your vehicle’s tail lift, and then carry it by hand or transport it to your stand using a trolley.

Alternatively, you can order unloading and delivery services from the Transport and Logistics Department by submitting a request at www.crocus-expo.ru/services/ under the “Loading and Unloading Services” section.

Independent loading, unloading, or transportation of cargo using lifting equipment or transport machinery (such as cranes, truck-mounted cranes, electric or hydraulic stackers), as well as transferring goods from one vehicle to another, is strictly prohibited.
