A Basic Stand with Essential Equipment

“Standard” Package

The “Standard” package includes a stand constructed from entry-level Octanorm system components.

Included in the package: exhibition space rental, stand construction, electrical supply, furniture, carpeting, lighting, and the company name on the fascia panel. The package is adjusted according to the stand size, ensuring that each option includes all the essential elements needed for effective participation in the exhibition.

If required, the package can be extended – the cost of additional options is calculated individually by your technical service manager.

How do I determine the required power supply for my booth?

Simply add up the power consumption of all electrical devices you will be using. This includes exhibits, coolers, laptops, LCD TVs, etc. Don't forget to include the power consumption of lighting. You can find out the power consumption of lighting from your booth builder or from the technical manager of "MVK" company if you ordered the booth construction from the exhibition organiser.

Does your company develop graphics for booth design?

No. You need to prepare graphic designs yourself or hire an external designer. The layouts must be prepared in accordance with the requirements, which you need to clarify with your technical manager.

How do I organise catering at my booth?

You can contact the official catering partners of "Crocus Expo" or hire an external catering company (be sure to coordinate it with the organiser no later than 2 weeks before the exhibition).

Can I place my own audio, video, and projection equipment at the booth?

Yes, provided you coordinate it with the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company. Detailed information about the coordination procedure is provided in the exhibitor's manual, in the information letter, and on the "BuildExpo" website.

Can I place my own information materials at the booth: posters and pop-up stands?

You can place posters and banners, hanging them on the walls with hooks, binder clips, and similar fasteners that do not damage the structural elements of the booth and do not contain an adhesive base. Self-adhesive application on panels, furniture, and booth equipment is prohibited. Mobile stands must be agreed upon with the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company.

Can I bring my own furniture and household appliances?

You can bring exhibits, household appliances (cooler, coffee maker), as well as exclusive furniture. Prefabricated furniture, illuminated showcases, mobile stands, and other items are prohibited from being brought in without the agreement of the general booth builder of the exhibition center – "BuildExpo" company.

Can I use extension cords?

No. The use of extension cords is prohibited.

We ordered an unequipped space. Can your company build a booth according to an individual design?

Yes. You can order exclusive construction from us with a design developed individually for your company. You can also choose one of the seven individual construction styles from the "7 Peaks" catalogue.

How do I determine which type of "7 Peaks" booth is right for us?

We recommend focusing on your tasks. For example, if you need to place as much information as possible about the company's products and activities on large banners using large graphics, we recommend choosing Vinson, Townsend, or Kibo. If you plan to display product samples and need showcases that are already included in the standard package, Denali and Jaya are suitable in this case. And if you need an impressive but concise booth in the company's colors, you can consider the Rimo and Jaya types with glass and PVC panels.
