By visiting PCVExpo this year, one could learn and explore technical and operational
features of the equipment of both regular participants of the exhibition and novices at PCVExpo.

PCVExpo 2018 was held jointly with six other industrial exhibitions on one site: Heat&Power: industrial boilers and power generation equipment; Testing & Control: testing and measuring equipment; NDT Russia: non-destructive testing equipment, Expo Coating: equipment for surface treatment; Power Electronics Exhibition; and FastTec: exhibition of fasteners. The seven exhibitions held jointly make it possible to bring together over 500 exhibitors from 35 countries. Over 15,000 visitors were able to choose the necessary equipment and tools for their production.
The exhibition display included demonstration of competencies of HMS Group in development, production, and technical maintenance of high-tech pumping equipment manufactured by the Group enterprises: HMS Livgidromash JSC, Livnynasos JSC, Promburvod Plant OJSC, Bobruisk Machine Building Plant OJSC, Nasosenergomash JSC, Nizhnevartovskremservice CJSC.
The Group’s stand presented:
  • 2NK series cantilever process pumps with radially-split casing, a modernised version of 1NK series popular pumps having higher reliability and efficiency as well as meeting API 610/GOST 32601 standards;
  • NND series double-entry between bearing pumps with radially-split casing (BB2 type, API 610/GOST 32601) that HMS Group presented for the first time in 2017;
  • DeLium series pumps being a new generation of double-entry pumps;
  • Kordis series new cantilever and cantilever-and-monoblock pumps (including vertical ones with in-line tubes);
  • Ciris series submersible borehole pumps;
  • BOOSTA series automated pumping pressure-increasing units.
The leading specialists of HMS Group enterprises, as well as representatives of the Group’s integrated commercial company, HYDROMASHSERVICE, were answering the questions of the stand visitors and providing all the necessary information on technical features, time of manufacture, and terms of delivery of the pumping equipment.
Bauer showed its new SP series based on the principle of united innovations and being an efficient combination of a piston-type and screw-type compressor!
 Bauer invited the exhibition visitors to see BK 26 series powerful high-pressure compressor block that combines with EVO screw-type compressor by ROTORCOMP. All technological solutions of SP models have been created as a result of cooperation between enterprises of Bauer Group. The optimal combination in an efficient and small-size unit.
Spitzenreiter presented S-EKO series industrial screw-type air compressors. During the three days, Spitzenreiter was presenting S-EKO, S-EKO D, SAH series equipment and a lot more.
Business Programme
PCVExpo included business programme events which served as an extra tool to attract visitors and ensured commercial success of the exhibition.
On 23 October, ARMTORG/Bulletin of Valve Manufacturer Media Group held a scientific and technical conference on the topic: “Internal Standardisation of End-User Pipeline Valves. New Developments in the Valve industry”.
Besides, on 23 to 25 October, the Russian Pump Manufacturers Association organised the following events:
On the first day of the exhibition, 23 October, RPMA named the best Russian companies, best Russian products, best managers, and best professionals;  it appreciated their merits and rewarded their contribution to the development of pump production in Russia. An open session of TC 245 “Pumps” Technical Committee for Standardisation was held. New developments in standardisation of pumps, units and systems based thereon (GOST, ISO, EN, API). Planning of standardisation activities. Participation in the development of standards.
On 24 October, the business programme was opened with “Pump Sealing and Pressurisation” science-to-practice workshop. Issues of technological sophistication, eco-friendliness, quality, and competitiveness of sealing machinery and canned pumps; import substitution and production localisation in Russia by foreign companies.
The last day of the business programme was capped by “ECOPUMP-RUS’2018. Energy Efficiency and Innovations in Pump Engineering” International Scientific and Technical Conference. Advances in improving consumer properties of pumps; securing state-of-the-art standards of reliability and energy efficiency. The exhibition and conference attendees could listen to presentation reports by the leading Russian and foreign companies.
